Anne Linke
bio

Anne Linke is a visual artist who studied Photography at Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen and Time-Based Media at the University of Fine Arts Hamburg. She is interested in human-animal relations and feminist perspectives on architecture and the urban space in regard to cities as ecosystems. Her short film Pigeons and Architecture (2019) received an honorable mention from the Association of German Film Critics at the European Media Art Festival Osnabrueck in 2020. She lives and works in Hamburg and Zurich.
Layouts, transits and citadels
CITADELS is made up, on the one hand, by the exhibition Layouts, Transits and Citadels in which artists from all over the world present their vision of the urban and the common space and, on the other, by three single-channel sessions, in focused on the work of four of these artists, delving into their individual speeches, whose investigation draws from the social, the poetic and the intimate.
