How to get to Coruña

By plane

A Coruña Airport (LCG) is about 10 kilometres from the city (15 min by AC-14).
Santiago de Compostela Airport (SCQ) is 65 kilometres away (45 min by AP-9).
From A Coruña Airport you can reach the city centre by intercity bus (ticket price: 1,55 €) or by taxi (c. 20 €). The journey time is about 15 minutes.

Train

A Coruña Train Station (San Cristóbal), located in Av. Ferrocarril, is connected to the festival venues by city bus lines 5, 14, 11, 20 and 22.

Bus

Located in Calle Caballeros, nº2, the A Coruña Bus Station is very close to the train station.
You can use city buses 1, 1A, 4 and 24 to get to the festival venues.

Car

The A-6 or North West Highway ends in A Coruña.
You can also use the AP-9 or Atlantic Highway to cross Galicia, which starts in Tui and ends in Ferrol, passing through Vigo, Pontevedra and Santiago de Compostela.

How to get to the Intersección venues

This year our venues are the Cine París; the CGAI – Centro Galego de Artes da Imaxe and the Fundación Luis Seoane.

At INTERSECCIÓN we are making an effort to minimise our carbon footprint, so in addition to walking, we recommend low environmental impact transport options.

Among them are the different bicycle rental options: the municipal service BiciCoruña (with 55 stations distributed throughout the city) and the bicycle rental companies Eco-lógica (Calle Cantábrico, 2 Bajo dcha.) and Ok Zona Bike (Paseo Dársena, 19, 15001 A Coruña).

Cine París

c/Real, 8

Our main venue since this edition. It houses an exhibition of works that combine cinema with new technologies and on the ground floor, at the foot of one of the busiest pedestrian and commercial streets of the city, we have our buffet and meeting area.
