Alex Hager and Shaoyu Su

Alexander Hager is a video artist currently residing in Los Angeles. He spends his time discovering imprints people have left on the city, and identifies roots across historical boundaries. Using digital effects and documentary investigative techniques, Alexander creates a kaleidoscopic view of a historical understanding. The purpose of Alexander’s films is to reveal the entropic nature of contradiction across vast amounts of time.
Alexander Hager and Shaoyu Su are creating a video signage system for human audiences with the purpose of informing future generations the dangers of nuclear waste and showed it to rats at Johns Hopkins University‘s LIMBS Laboratory.

Planetarium

PLANETARIUM is a section dedicated to dome audiovisual pieces. It is an immersive experience that expands the limits of the screen and introduces us to other increasingly sophisticated ways of working with the moving image.
