Iván Domínguez

Iván Domínguez (A Coruña, 1979) develops an Atlantic cuisine that defends the product above all else, with Nordic reminiscences. Trained as a chef at the Escuela de Hostelería de la Armada, he has worked at Casa Marcelo and Alborada in A Coruña, being the gastronomic director for this project, now closed, with a Michelin star for 4 years, also directing the kitchen of the Alabaster restaurant in Madrid, Best Restaurant of the Year award from Club de Gourmets magazine and Revelation Restaurant from Metrópoli magazine. Iván Domínguez is the 2015 Atlantic Arc Award for the Best Galician Cook.
In February 2019 he opened NaDo Coruña, his most personal project, and now he opens NaDo Madrid in December 2020.
